Personalized Nutrition is often the missing component successful training and lifestyle programs. At South Baltimore Strength and Conditioning, we believe that no two people are alike.

Each individual has different goals, different lifestyle considerations and stressors, and different physiology. Each of our bodies is different so applying the same cookie cutter nutrition plans to everyone rarely works.

Everyone who works with us at SBSC receives a fully individualized nutrition consult, based off of your specific goals and needs. We pride ourselves on being able to provide nutritional education based off of our experiences working with thousands of clients. Education and understanding is critical to allowing each individual to make long term progress in nutritional awareness and feeling like they are in control of their diet.

In order to formulate the plan that works best for each individual we start with a consult.

During the consult

We will review the various factors that go into creating a successful nutrition program.

From there we will normally have a client complete a food log.

A Food log is a great tool to help with awareness on each client’s part, and it also gives the coach a great look at the role food plays in your life.

This all leads to conversations, judgement free conversation.

Where we can discuss where you are, and where you need to be to achieve your goals. Based off of your follow up conversation, we could have some recommendations for you to try. We then see how those recommendations either move us closer to, or further from the goal, and adjust as necessary. Ongoing support and feedback is critical to progress in personalized nutrition programs, and this is where we excel. Come give us a try!
