Personal Training to start On Site shortly
Coach Troy at SBSC was recommended to me by my physical therapist, who I had been seeing for chronic hamstring and hip flexor issues. As a recreational triathlete, I had been sidelined for over a year due to injuries. After working out with Troy for just under a year, I couldn’t be happier with my progress! Troy took the time to understand my fitness goals, as well as determine my strengths and physical limitations in my then current fitness level. His in depth knowledge of kinesiology combined with his desire to teach as well as train his clients has enabled me to break my too often repeated cycle of injuries and not just return to the activities I love – running, biking, and swimming, but return a stronger and more able athlete. Just this past weekend, I was on my road bike and marveled at the difference I felt this spring versus last spring. I look forward to continuing my work at South Baltimore Strength and Conditioning!
